PAYMENT CONDITIONS

CURRENCY

The quotes you see on the Website are quoted in US dollar, we can convert to you currency upon request.

Reservation fee
After receiving the booking, a deposit of 100 USD per person will be charged. The reservation fee must be paid within 3 days to confirm the booking and it is never refunded.

The second deposit 50% of the total cost, will be required 35 days before departure date.

Total payment
The full tour price and balance can be paid when you arrive Vietnam.

Payment methods
A payment is possible through a bank transfer (a 4 % handling fee is charged) or online services like TransferWise. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. An online link to credit card payment will be sent on request.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The passenger may cancel the tour without special reason any time. No matter what is the reason for cancellation, Allure Vietnam’s special cancellation conditions are applied. Cancellation fee is charged as follows:

a) Until 45 days prior to departure by paying the reservation fee 100 USD.
b) Later than 45 days but no later than 35 days prior to departure by paying 25 % of the price of the tour.
c) Later than 35 days but no later than 21 days prior to departure by paying 50 % of the price of the tour.

Traveler’s right to make changes to passenger details on their booking or transfer the package to another person

According to general terms and conditions for package travel a passenger has the right to make changes to passenger details on their booking or transfer the package to another person or keep the credit for future bookings. In a such case the difference between the original package and the new package as well as administrative expenses of 100 USD will be charged.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Change of travel dates
It is possible to change tour dates free of cost until 35 days prior to departure date. After that, the change is considered as a cancellation and a new booking and cancellation costs will be charged according to our cancellation conditions.

Booking confirmation
Please check the booking confirmation carefully and inform the tour operator immediately of any mistakes (dates etc.). If the tour operator is not informed, the passenger will be considered responsible for the mistake.

Travel insurance
It is essential that a passenger is covered by adequate travel insurance.

Delayed/cancelled flights
Go Vietnam Travel is not in a position to offer a passenger any assistance in the event of delay at the outward or homeward point of departure. The airline concerned will be responsible for a passenger in the event of flight cancellation or delays.
